Based in Peoria, Arizona, fosters are the backbone of Pepper’s Pals Rescue. Without the incredible dedication from our foster heroes, we would not be able to help as many dogs. It’s our fosters who open up their homes and hearts to give dogs a soft place to land while they search for their forever home.
